Picked up a file at thingiverse called "universal scraper".

Printed it out with carbon reinforced PLA and it came out ok (far left pic).

Grabbed a spool of polycarbonate out of storage and dryed it. While running the print, I watched it print the 60% gyroid infill. It was so fine and detailed that it almost looked like lace. Beautiful. Almost beyond words. But things turned ugly when it came to the skin. It ended up looking like some pock marked battlefield (center pic).

I reprinted at half speed (silent speed) and the gyroid center looked ok but the outer skin was only marginally better. (far right pic).

I know it's hard to see detail on dark filament but all I have is black. Any ideas on what is causing the problem?
