Hello, I've been trying to make a fluidics piece on a Zortrax 200Plus printer. It has small 1 x 1 mm channels running through it that carry liquid to and from the external interfaces. The channel structure is a vertically branching tree that starts from one tube and sequentially branches out to 4 tubes. I've been having issues leak-proofing it, however, as many of my test pieces thus far have sprung leaks within the device structure (I am using blue dyed water and I can see the device staining blue and sometimes droplets forming on the surface). I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of material or what print settings would be best to rectify this problem? I am currently using Z-ABS with 90% infill and 0.14mm layer height.
