    Bed on an incline

I have a difficult print to do and I am wanting to use as little supports as possible. It occurred to me that if I inclined the whole of the printer (a Prusa) at about 7 degrees it would help significantly. Has anyone ever tried anything like this before and how did you get on ?

The printer does work at 5 degrees, I just tried it on something small, but would like to have some thoughts from others of where this could go wrong on what would be a 10 hour print

I'm sure I've seen a printer on Youtube printing upside down, i.e. filament extruded upwards.
