    Should I prefer an call tracking software to measure communications of my sales team?

    Hello,I am a businessman and trying to measure the communications of my outsourcing sales team. I have the right to track call recordings of my employees to know how they are communicating with the clients. I found the solution in call tracking software. Can someone tell me that should I prefer that thing or not?
