New to 3D Printing

Hi, I am very new to 3d printing as the 3d printer I have is a gift from a friend.
Initially, I did some tinkering and manage to get some prints out (benchy and calicat) but still need to fix the settings and all.

I decided to install the SN04-N sensor that came with the box and after updating the firmware this is what I get:

I do not know what I may have done wrong but I followed the youtube video I found on how to install this.

To give reference, the sensor is connected to the Red which is Z-, yellow is Y- for the bed, blue is X- for the extruder

Any recommendations on how I can fix this. Also, I disconnected the other endstop for Z- as the sensor uses that. Thinking of still using the endstop sensor for Z+ stop instead also.

I forgot to mention, I used Jim Brown's firmware for the upgrade.
