Create a back-up copy of your data, and do this regularly. Store it somewhere other than your main workplace, if possible. That way, if there’s a break-in, fire or flood, you don’t lose everything.

Great advice from Avies.You can also check data science as a service.You spend a little extra cash and everything will be done for you. I wouldn't consider it as an expense but more as an investment. The time you save and the knowledge you get cost much more in my opinion. Delegation is the best thing which i learnt since being a business owner.
