Difference between the X400 and the X400 CE isn't clear, even though it's double the price.
Looks like a very nice printer though; the large build area is very nice!
The heated chamber is also nice; but can it cool enough when printing in PLA? What about adding fans in the walls of the heated chamber for when printing with PLA?

The X400 is a DIY Kit and the X400 CE is assembled with all certifications. There is no problem with printing PLA. It does not have a heated chamber, therefore no problem with printing PLA. If you use our Buildtak printing plate you are able to print PLA without any heating bed at all.

If you refer to the NEO, the NEO doesn't need a heating bed, as our printing plate prints nicely PLA without heating bed
