Makerbot Desktop

I've just the makerbot 2x up and running for a couple weeks now. I've been playing with some of the different settings in Makerbot Desktop.... when printing multiple parts at one time on the platform is there a setting to make it complete one part before starting the next? I realize that the software would need to know where the printhead is and require spacing as to not run into finished parts that it could potentially collide with.

I thought I had seen some videos where Cura for the Ultimaker had this capability.

Edit: Just downloaded Cura, it has a Replicator profile. I'll give this a shot tomorrow after my current print is done. Anyone else have any success with this? I'm guessing it won't work for dual extrusion prints...
