MakerBot has just announced that they have teamed up with Fraemes. Fraemes will become the company's second MakerBot-Ready App and allow users of MakerBot Replicator machines to download and directly 3D print their inserts for their Fraemes. For those who are not familiar with the Fraemes concept, it launched via a Kickstarter campaign back in March. Basically they sell a bumper which goes around your iPhone for $12. Users can then 3D print custom inserts which combine with the bumper to make a case. The inserts can be totally customized, and many are free to purchase the designs of.
