Problems with printing with 2 colors on FlashForge Creator Pro 2

Hello everyone,
I have been trying to print one model with 2 different colors/extruders and has some issues with it.
so I try it by cutting the one model in two parts (resulting in two different STLS files) using the newest version of FlashPrint. I kept the parts in place so there will be no issues with the alignment of the parts while printing. after that I assigned each part with different extruders and sent to print.
The print looks pretty good however the two parts are disconnected from each other
Can you please help me figure this out ?
Is it the designed model or is it some settings I need to change on the machine?
