Ender 3 v2 print issue

Hi, i'm pretty new to 3d printing and have run into some print quality issues which look to me like underextrusion/inconsistent extrusion. I tried cleaning nozzle and calibrated the extruder and slicer flow settings, and ran a temp tower and printed it again with the same issues. This is with a brand new spool of ys PLA (local 3d printer shop recommends it).Slicer settings:nozzle:200bed:60layer height: .2mminfill: 15%everything else pretty well default PLA profile.
