Creality Ender Pro 3 V2 settings

I have a Creality Ender Pro 3 V2 printer. I have it setup and leveled but I am looking for recommended settings before I attempt my first print. My firmware is Marlin 2.0.7; I am using Coex 1.75mm PLA filament which has a temperature of between 215 - 235C. I will use 60C for the bed temperature.

Do the preheat settings differ from the operating settings? Or can they be identical? Where should I position the hot end at the beginning of a print job? What other settings can you recommend? Can you point to some useful YouTube videos which deal with this subject?

    Add Roberts_Clif on Thingiverse
Then I would Start using Prusaslicer 2.3.0 rc 1.
Clicking Configuration Tab > Configuration Wizard > Other Vendors > Creality
Will bring Up a List of Creality 3D Printers check the box of your 3D Printer this will update Prusaslicer with your Printers configuration.

Clicking Configuration Tab > Configuration Wizard > Filaments
Will bring up a list a filaments to add, this will assist you in starting your Prusasliucer off with known good configurations.
From here you can create your own configurations.
