    I do not have a dust remover. Also I have a 0.4mm nozzle and they look like this:

    I am going to try to remove the nozzle today and blow torch it to see if that fixes the issue. The weird thing is it extrudes right now just not the same amount as before. I am really torn between the motor that pushes the filament and the nozzle. I have checked the set screw on the motor shaft and it is on there nice and tight.

    Be careful with the torch. You can actually damage the nozzle with extreme heat. Report back if you still have issues.

    I will be really careful. I will be ordering more nozzles off eBay just in case this happens again.

    Well I think I found the issue. There is a copper bushing that holds the screw that keeps the lever in place. I missed this bushing when reassembling and found it at the bottom of my machine today when I went to move it to a different room.

    I am printing some test prints now and it seems to have fixed everything.

    Ah, if only every problem was as simple to fix as replacing the part that was accidentally left out. Glad it's looking good now.

    Yeah I got off easy with that mistake. Although it took me 5 days to figure it out so I did lose a lot of time.

    RobH2, How is Simplify3D working for you?

    The more I use S3D the more I like it. Like anything, it takes time to figure out its little oddities. I'm getting super clean prints and like that I have nice manual controls at my fingertips. The slicing is fast. It's taken me some time to get the supports to perform the way I'd like but I think I have that where I want it. I have to say, I really like it. It's worth the expense if you are doing a lot of printing.

    Again I am seeking someone with more knowledge then me.

    I am trying to print a part I designed for a rocket I am building.

    The issue is the infill I cannot get it right. The picture on the left has the correct infill setting where it fills it with a circle. But the problem was the piece I designed did not have the correct dimensions.

    So I attempted to print another with a smaller outer wall thickness. From 2mm to 1.5mm. Now no matter what infill settings I use I get this ugly looking infill that does not make the outside of the cylinder smooth.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    By the Way, I tried a full infill I have tried a line/concentric/hexagon infill. With no help.

    I don't think you said what slicer you use but in some slicers there is a setting that prevents infill if the length is under a specified length. For instance, if the minimum infill length is set to 5mm, no infill will happen in a thin part there the inside and outside walls are closer than 5mm to each other. See if your slicer has a setting like that and set it to 1mm or something smaller. That might solve your problem.

    You might also look in the 'Infill' area for something that modifies 'Fill Density.' Double that from what is there by default and see if the infill performs better.
