Question Help needed - Would you like to know how sustainable your 3D printed parts are?

Hi guys,I am thinking about whether I should develop a free and simple-to-use tool for users of 3D printing to assess how sustainable their 3D-printed parts are. The assessment will be based on material selection, part design, printer selection, printing parameters, and etc. Your feedback would be very useful for me to understand whether the is tool would be useful and how I may be able to make it relevant to you.If you have a couple of minutes to spare, please use this link https://forms.gle/j6Lez44qAL62Y7Qq8 to Google form to let me know what you think.Otherwise, an quick quick answer here would be great too. Any comments are appreciated!!Many thanks,Tom

    'sustainable' in what way ?
Do you mean the filament composition, the printer life span, how long a print will 'last/be sustained' in use or something else ?

and a questionnaire where we don't have to sign in to an account would get more results.

So nope. not doing that one.

    Red face

Hi Curious Aardvark,Thanks for you reply. Re google form, thanks for letting me know about it, you should be able to access it without any signing in anymore. I would appreciate if you could give it a second go.'Sustainable' here means having less impact on the environment, and it is not about the life span or the durability of the 3D printer or the 3D printed products. Many thanks,Tom

    cool :-)

At least 95% of my filament is pla - so that's sustainable and enviromentally friendly :-)
As sixteen quadrillion tons of disposed of bloody benchies is about to demonstrate in the next few years ;-)

Form definitely now user friendly :-)
