Bed leveling trouble
Hey guys just bought my first printer, Ender 3 V2. no matter how much i tighten the others, the bottom of the extruder is always managing to touch the plate. I wonder if it is because there is a little gap between the two plates? Even with both clamps on.

I'm not particularly familiar with that model, but your machine should have a z-stop which regulates the lowest position of the nozzle assembly. If yours is adjusted too low, the results will be as you have presented. Locate your z-stop and determine if it can be raised to provide you with the necessary adjustment of the bed leveling. In another model printer, I had to add a small spacer to trigger the z-stop, as the installation did not have any adjustment.

yep sounds about right.
But even then there really shouldn't be any gap between the aluminium and the glass.
I guess one or the other is really not flat.
I had to make an adjustable endstop mount for my cheapo i3.
bear in mind that what you have is the cheapest machine around made with aluminium bits.
So expect issues.

Hi looking at the picture and enlarging it the end top microswitch switch looks squashed fully closed. Normally when you send the unit to Auto Home it pushes the micro switch closed the comes up enough to just open the microswitch contacts is that happening ??
