Need advice on a problem with my printer

I have an ender 3 pro, which has been upgraded with direct drive and all-metal hot end from microswiss. I have replaced the mainboard with a BTT SKR V1.4 and TMC2130 stepper drivers, the stepper drivers probably need to be further tweaked, I followed a guide from Teaching Tech and tuned them accordingly but the stepper motors are still running super hot.anyway, my printer is making consistent errors when printing a new back-case for the display. I will show with pictures, but to describe, it makes errors, don't know what to call them, and I can't say why they would appear where they are, and it has happened twice, and it seems to happen a third time as I'm writing this.
