Ender 3 pro first few layers look strange

I get these weird ugly looking first few layers on my Ender 3 Pro that I can't seem to fix. I don't know what this issue is called. I printed on an Anet A8 for two years and never had this issue. I've tried changing bed temperature and nozzle temperature. I've changed speeds. I added a glass bed. I've tried different fan settings. I hope someone knows what causes this and possibly knows a remedy. I appreciate your help.
