*New to 3D printing* Product is missing critical details.

Good day. I recently bought the Creality Ender 3. Today I printed a test cube I downloaded from Thingiverse It was a fairly quick print, taking me about 30 minutes. However, when I looked at my finished product I noticed critical details were missing. I tried searching through the internet trying to find an answer, but I am lost to all the types of terminology that comes with 3D printing.
