Printing issue with particular file

Hey guys,

Im having troubles with a file that I print and Ive got absolutely no idea why. So basically I have a file that in standard form prints fine. I also scale it up to 135% and it prints fine BUT I also use 80% infill which has been no problem. However, now all of a sudden I cannot print the file with anymore than 65% infill. Basically the page just freezes and does not produce the Gcode. If I redo it at 65% inflll it produces the Gcode to print no probs. This was working fine and I have printed this item in the past few weeks but now all of a sudden it wont work.

Printer is a flashforge
