Reflashed DaVinci print defects on face shield - same model

My replacement XYZ cartridge would not register as genuine, despite it being from a number I purchased with the printer. I reflashed the printer with repitier today and am using cura as my slicer. I have tried to dial in the settings as best I can but i keep getting a print defect with the new prints, its strangely in the same location on all of them and wasn't present with the OEM firmware/software, no idea if it is a settings, slicing or firmware issue.The red is the original filament, the green is an XYZ but with the new firmware. Settings and photos attached, any help much appreciated.
