problems printing

I need help solving a problem. I have a Robo 3D R2 that started printing crap on the right side of all of my prints. I've adjusted everything I know how and it doesn't work. Robo no longer repairs their printers. They are baffled by it as well. Has anybody seen this? Please help. I've ordered a Prusa Mini but it won't get here until June. Thank you.
