How long it takes them to print one meal?
Waiting is the most problematic in restaurant, when someone can go to traditional restaurant or even fast food.

Meal preparation time would depend on the meal's complexity and size but I am sure the timescale would be in the realm of a sit-down meal as opposed to that of fast food. Also, this is considering that the raw materials (paste cartridges plus non-3D printed elements) are previously prepared and ready to go. Yes, this technology has the potential to speed up preparation times but right now it suffers from the same bottleneck of print speed as any other extrusion type 3DP.
