Mid print imperfection

Hi all,I'm new to this forum and printing/hobby. I have monoprice maker ultimate . Printing calibration cubes and midway through print always messes up. Current set up with filament in tightly sealed container with humidity sensor and desiccants. I currently use a glue stick on heated bed to help with easy removal and i think adhesion to the print. For some reason one side of the print support usually lifts up . Is there any settings advice ?
