I'm quite familiar with FDM printers and materials, but resin printers are peeking my interest so I'd like to learn more about them.

Some of them finally seem to be big enough to make usable parts, but I have always heard that resin isn't nearly as strong as parts you could print using PLA or ABS filament.

I also am not familiar with the types of resin, as well as the available colors. With filament, there are tons and tons of colors out there including crazy one like wood in-fill or carbonfiber or glow-in-the-dark.

So I'd love to find a good resource that breaks down the types of resins out there, what kind of colors are available and what their material properties are.
