"Threaded" prints (picture inside)

Hi guys

I am new here!

Recently my Creality Ender 3 has started to have some problems with "threaded"(?) prints. I have tried different types of prints, like draft and fine etc. and different filaments. The problem looks like the Z axis is unstable or that too little filament is being extruded...or something else. Maybe the nozzle need changing?

What do you think? Thanks!
