Hey everyone. Brand new here and also brand new to 3D printing as I am currently looking into adding in to my current business which is mostly custom vinyl work and sublimation of items.

While I continue and start to look into equipment to get me started I have a quick question...

Recently one of the other parents on my son's baseball team had raised decals made for all the boys to put on their helmets. I have attached a photo of them and was curious..... is this something that looks to have been done with 3d Printing or is there another method being used here that I have yet to see?
