Printing a piston
I'm working on a design which includes something that's basically a piston. It needs to be able to slide freely, with very little resistance, but should also have as little an air gap as possible. If it's going to be printed on a standard FDM printer like a MakerBot, how much larger should I make my cylinder than my piston? And what would be a good lubricant to use with PLA and/or ABS?
