Tom Kilar and 3D Printerworks will soon be launching a Kickstarter project for the CreatorBot 3D printer. This new printer will feature a very large build volume of 1 foot in each direction. In addition it will be extremely sturdy, built out of anodized aluminum, and very well priced. Tom expects to be able to offer the single extruder version of the CreatorBot for under $1,000, and the dual extruder version for under $1500. The Kickstarter projects will launch sometime in July.
