    FlashForge CreatorX

For what it is worth those who are on the Fence I think the FlashForge is good value, gives good prints in general. I did move to simplify3D as a slicer and my only complaint is that USB support is unstable. I think it is the Printer not the software. so SDCard printing is the only way to go.

How long you had one? I am expecting a X tomorrow, so I am not sure about the different videos and threads on which firmware and software to d/l and use.

I have had mine for about 1 month. I use Sailfish 7.6 firmware (Follow the steps for install exactly) and I invested in Simplify3D. Their support is poor but the software is good. I have found that USB printing is not very good but SDCard is VERY Good.

    regards,
