For those of you that didn't get a chance to back The Buccaneer 3D Printer on Kickstarter a few months back, they are now taking pre-orders.



The Kickstarter project (http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/...eryone-can-use) which raised over $1.4 million ended in June. Now Pirate3D has announced the specs, and have opened to Pre-orders.

Pre-orders cast $497 and will be shipped by April 2014.

“The Buccaneer represents incredible print quality in an easy-to-use package. We wanted a gorgeous device that does not require a DIY or maker genius to make it work,”
said Chief Executive Pirate Roger Chang.

It prints in 85 microns, with a build volume of
145 x 125 x 155 mm
