I've been reading the various research reports about the 3D printing market. I enjoy the ones which predict where the market will be 5-10 years out. One thing I notice however, is that the predictions of these research firms are usually quite low. I mean the market is currently at $3 billion. A recent research report by IDTechEx indicated that they expect the entire market to be valued at $7 billion by 2025. Am I the only one who thinks this could be off by several billions of dollars? I would love to hear your opinions on this. More details in a recent article published by Brittney Sevenson located here: http://3dprint.com/4946/3d-printing-market-value/
