We have all seen solar powered lamps and lighting before, but you don't see wind powered lighting all that often. This creation by designer Margot Krasojević is quite unique. She used 3D Printing to create a a cermamic-like shade, which uses a fractal-inspired aerodynamic shell that is designed to pick up speed as it rotates. The rotation transfers the energy from the wind into an electrical current. I almost wonder if future wind mills could be designed based off this, for increased energy production.
