How many 3D Printers with full color exist and which are the recommended ones? I am looking for ones working with filaments and not resin

Here is an ABS/PLA color printer by 3D Systems. Haven't seen it other than last years EuroMold.

With Filament ? Not exactly a thing yet. There was some talk from botobject but they never showed an actual product and then they were bought by one of the big players.
There's a recent KS project to turn any printer to multicolor : Palette.
There's a 5-color printer : ORD solutions.
Other than that ...

I think you are talking about the link above the cube pro c, I searched for the product but couldnt find it, I guess its a prototype yet.

Hi Levalencia! I think there is 3dPandora from 3ders.org whicch is a full-color plastic 3d printer. ProJect 460 plus too has a 3-channel CMY full color for 3d printing. Just check out these links and see if this is the one you're looking for. Hope this helps!
