LULZBOT TAZ 6 failing low quality prints
Hello,
I've been using a lulzbot at my work for some time and it has stopped making quality prints at this point. I am trying the diagnose what steps I should take to try and get it up and working again. Here is a list of items that I am considering adjusting to attempt to fix the issues that I've been having. Since there is a few let me know if I'm barking up the wrong tree on any of them.
- Extra restart distance to retract the filament
- Tighten belts and oil rods to prevent slipping (which where not shown in the example failed print is an issue that was occurring previously).
- slow motor speed and acceleration to increase accuracy
- adjust idler tension to prevent stripping which could be why the print failed to finish.
- switching off combing to reduce the scarring on the sides
- and lastly enable coasting
Beyond those I am out of ideas and any suggestions would be appreciated. with the example prints The print stopped extruding after reaching the top of what you can see.
