flashforge or xyz for a newbee.??
hi all
new here and looking for my first 3d printer..
looking at the flashforge duel or the xyz
yes I tinker, and like to play with things
also dose anyone think that you could upgrade the xyz to a duel head printer?
just looking for opinions

I'd go with the Flashforge over the XYZ, but you may want to look at the Wanhao Duplicator 4x over the two. It's cheap (about $1100 shipped), and seems a popular choice lately. It too has dual extruders.

BTW, look around and you can find the open source Flashforge Creator with dual MK8 extruders, heavily discounted. I recently picked one up on Amazon for <$650 including shipping. And while you're at it, be sure to read the reviews of other owners on Amazon, very impressive (plus some helpful tips)!
