I havvn't had all night to try and resolve the issue but here are a few more probes after trying to adjust, its not easy with my bed design.

3Dprintboard had some technical problems in April 2015. Many attachments posted prior to that no longer work. Nothing seems to be happening to fix the problem, so the attachments are likely lost. Can't help with the files, but now at least you know to stop trying.
EDIT: Roxy, you might consider editing your first post as required to eliminate this ongoing confusion/frustration.Last edited by printbus; 08-18-2015 at 07:50 PM.

Hey Roxy
Had a go with Manual Mesh Levelling last night, and interesting enough doing a 2x2 grid produced pretty good results. I understand this works using a different method to auto bed levelling, but doesn't this prove the plane is at least flat and there's something else mis-configured/not working with the auto bed levelling?
Not sure whether any of the points I raised previously could have any implications?
* Is there anything that could be being loading from the EPROM memory that could be distorting the map?
* When the G29 is being completed I get 'Z endstop hit'...could this be stopping figures lower than the G28 Z-home position from being correctly registered?
* If I've got software max-stop points set and the nozzle position moves outside of these during probing, which mine does as the probe is 32mm in front (Y axis) of the extruder and the probe scans right to the back corners so the extruder is just about off the table at this point, would that cause any issues?
* If one of the offsets is set to '0' (my X offset is), is there anywhere in the code where this would read as empty and load some default value or cause a calculation error ('division by zero' or similar)?

I think that is true.
Not if the EEPROM is turned off. And if the EEPROM is turned on, doing a M502 followed by a M500 should clear any bad values from the EEPROM.
The G29 command has always done that. It doesn't hurt anything. I believe has been corrected in the latest releases over at GitHub. But those releases are not fully baked and are not stable yet.
That doesn't sound right. Just to get things going, I would suggest you shrink the defined bed size. You can also use the F B L R parameters to limit the size of the probe area. You would do something like G29 T n 4 V 4 F 50 B 125 L 50 R 125 You can try that and let us know what happens.
I don't believe so. I don't think this is what you are fighting.

Hello all.
Well, I'm getting very frustrated. Hope someone can help me.
Here's my setup.
Prusa Mendal printer.
Arduino>BeckDac firmware.
Auto bed leveling.
Bed is 1/2" aluminum tooling plate. It's flat. On top of that is a 1/4" piece of cork. Then an aluminum heated bed, 24 volt. And, then a piece of boro glass that seems very flat.
Bed is held at 3 points on springs. 2 at the corner on right side and 1 in the center of the left side.
Probing is at 3, which gives 9 points.
Problem:
After running bed leveling it seems that most of the time the left side is too tight, by about 3 steps and the right side is too loose by a couple of steps. If I adjust for a good bead while printing the skirt then the rest of the print seems fine. It does it every time, no exceptions.
This is easier to read. Don't know what happened to the formatting??
Switch repeatability is very good.
Please tell me what you need from me to help solve my problem?

Can you run the M48 command positioned over both the 'tight' area and the 'loose' area. It would be helpful to know those numbers.
