Look up there at the top of the page. There;s a new TAB called 3D PRINTING GROUPS. See if there is a Group there for your city, State or Country. The idea is to provide a space for people involved in 3D printing to post news or to arrange meetings for other like-minded people in their near localities.

The goal is to help those people who want to interact with one another in person to find the correct groups for their regions. However, you may also create/join groups related to other ideas/clubs/classes. i.e. RepRap, MakerBot, Your 3D Printing Club, etc.
