Creator pro Left extruder no HEAT

Hi all!
first of all I want to say,I am read and learn a lot from you guys (and girls) from that forum, thank for all!

now for my issue,
my left exruder stop from heating up, it show 0 bars on the screen when it need to get heat, at "fillament loading" and printing. every thing work fine, it just not heating.

I cross all the components of the left exruder with the right at the main board - the heat tube, the motor and the sensor, and ALL of them worked fine when they was connected to right extruder outputs at the board.

I am thinking it may be somthing with the board itself, anybody got an idea?

If all the components work when plugged into the right slot, it's either the board or a software/firmware thing.

Boards aren't cheap, but you could buy a new one and try it out... if it's not the problem you can resell it and get most of your money back.
