There are some conductive filaments. Conductivity ranges from 10^9 ohms/cm (good for ESD purposes) down to .6 Ohms/cm (Graphene) depending upon the material selected. There is a Co. that sells samples of that sort of stuff if you are interested, I think their name was 'global filament supply depot usa' or something like that.
