Flashforge guider
Hi,
Looking at buying my first 3d printer being the flashforge guider. Can you down load software prior to get a handle on length of a time a particular print will take.
I did this sometime ago when looking at printers but can't remember what software it was. Obviously I need it to replicate real time printing for the above mentioned printer.
thanks
Brett

yep most slicers will do that.
slic3r and cura are the two most commonly used.
The guider looks good - BUT does NOT have heated platform.
To me a heated platform is ESSENTIAL, even for printing pla and pla based filaments.
You might be better off looking aroud for something similiar with a heated build plate.

Thanks,
It appears the flashforge series gets good raps - is the guider the only one without a heat bed in that group.
