    Is this thing on Thingiverse?

    The original concept of the RepRap design was to make a self-replicating machine, but this is going too far!

    That looks like a Stratasys Mojo. It also comes with a bath system for dissolving support material. Besides it's high initial cost, the filaments are proprietary and pricey.
