Mumbai startup MaherSoft released their first printer, the Indie industrial 3D printer, a year ago. Now, they're about to introduce the Indie Desktop, the desktop version of their flagship printer, which will soon go live on Indiegogo. Though the product hasn't yet been released, MaherSoft already has an impressive case study to showcase the Indie Desktop's capabilities. Over the course of three weeks and 140 print hours, the MaherSoft team designed and printed a sleek scale model of a heavy equipment trailer for a client company. The model, printed in over 120 pieces, came together nicely, showcasing not only the Indie Desktop but the MaherSoft team's post-processing skills as well.
