UK-based metal 3D printing company Mirada Pro is collaborating with bicycle frame manufacturer Reynolds Technology to create a lightweight frame with metal 3D printing. Aside from the frame’s tubing system, every component of the bicycle frame was 3D printed in titanium powder. One of the primary aims of the collaboration was to create 3D printed bike frame that weighed less than one kilogram, which they achieved with 999 grams.
