Dealing with 3D Platform
Has anyone had any experiences dealing with 3D Platform and their customer service? We have reached out to them twice now and I am not impressed. I asked for a sample of 6 parts, that fit together as an assembly, that I WANT to pay for, and they are asking which one part to print as a sample. Then offer a couple of service bureaus that use their 3DP 1000 printer, which is discontinued....I am just wondering if others have had better luck dealing with them...

sounds like maybe you weren't clear enough in your email.
having met the guys at several shows I'd have to say they always come across as competent and friendly.
But they aren't a printing bureau. So what you do actually need is a printing bureau or local company that has the printer and get them to make you the pieces.
Or phone them up and explain in detail.
Do bed magnets deteriorate.
