XYZPrinting Announces Partnership with SOLIDWORKS

Today XYZprinting has announced that they've formed a partnership with software giant SOLIDWORKS. The design software will now be integrated directly into XYZprinting's (many!) products, allowing users to design and print with SOLIDWORKS directly from certain XYZprinting devices. This integration makes things easier by removing several steps in the design-to-print process, such as exporting files, reorientating and scaling. Users will no longer have to utilize multiple applications, but can simply design and print straight from their SOLIDWORKS software. These partnerships are pretty much pointless since 3D print support within Solidworks is still a joke.
