SLA 3D Printing - Future or Not?
Do you guys think that SLA 3D Printing (with resin) has a future in this industry or do you think that other methods like FDM and Selective Laser Sintering will beat it out? I keep going back and forth on this. If done right, SLA seems to be a way to print in the highest quality. Am I wrong?

I believe that SLS is the future of 3D Printing technology. However, I also think we will see new technologies come out that will be much faster and easier than the main 3 methods we have now (FDM, SLA and SLS). SLA may have a chance if it can be advanced upon.

Optical fabrication has a future in medical devices (i.e. batch production of micro devices). Every method has a future, the question is what SLA is most efficient at and what are the alternative most efficient at.
