Simplify3D - What am I doing wrong?!

To be fair, how often are you ever going to want a 0.4mm wall ?

For perfekt calibration it is imperativ to print single walls.

The reason I am doing this is to get the calibration the best I can. I know the machine is capable of it as shown by the makerware software, so why is it that a much superior software with a massive price tag can't do the same thing? This is now becoming a software limitation and not a hardware one.

I have raised a support ticket with Simplify3D and they have informed me they have now developed a profile for the Qidi tech. Maybe this will help? I will be testing tonight when I get home from work.

Why do yiu need a single wall for calibration.
Never done that, never needed to.
Curious to know why you think it's important.
