Hictop Acrylic 3d Printer Extruder temp Sporadic

Hey guys, I am very new to 3d printing and assembled my printer myself. It worked great for the first 2 prints but now I am having all sorts of issues with my extruder. First off when heating up to the desired temp (210) it just keeps heating up till I unplug it for fear of it getting too hot. Once I get it to the temp I need by lossening the wire of the extruder to the mainboard, once it starts printing the extruder drops in temperature to about 185.

Just a suggestion but... have you tried the PID tuning commands ? Do you use the manufacturer PID values ?

hmm I have not tried using PID Tuning as I just use the stock G Code from Cura but I can give it a try. Also before I even start the print. The extruder will just keep getting hotter.
