How Much Does a 750g Spool of Filament 3D print?

I was just browsing Flickr and found this image below, and thought of the questions I see on this forum about how much can a spool of filament really print. It shows you how much one 750g spool of filament can print. The filament used was a ColorFabb PLA filament, and took a total of 31 hours of near continuous 3D printing to make all these parts. As you can see at the bottom center of the images, there is a small amount left over. This image was originally posted on Flickr by user John Abella. By the way the pieces are all about 30% solid. More than you would think, huh?

Thanks for posting the picture Larry. Actually, these parts are for our next workshop on building a Prusa i3 Printer. And yes, 30% of the seats in the workshop have already been sold. Anyone looking for more info can visit www.botbuilder.net for details or check out my post on the self promotion forums.
