    First real print = Problems

Hey everyone. Ill try and post as much info as I can. I tried printing the handle covers for my FFCP last night. I have attached pictures of what happened. Everything was fine until it got to the tabs that clip into the handle holes. I used the settings in RepG from the PDF that came with the FFCP. Changed the build plate temp to 50 in the g code, and the slicing was all left as the settings they tell you to use for the calibration box (Which I might add, printed wonderfully).

The notes do say to use 235c Extruder Temp and 110c for the plate But I used the settings above thinking they may be better for PLA. It also said the guy used ABS and I was using PLA.The file notes for the print said no raft or support needed, but I did mention active cooling. Is that something that is on automatically? Does the FFCP have that?

Hoping that someone can shed some light. Please let me know if there is other info you need to know what went wrong.

    Thanks,
    D
